Submissions

Articles for New German Critique are typically 7,000–12,000 words, including notes and references. NGC only publishes articles in English. Submissions to NGC should be prepared in accordance with The Chicago Manual of Style, 17th ed. Notes and short-form citations are provided in footnotes, while a references section at the end of the manuscript contains the complete bibliographic information of works cited. Submissions to NGC may not be under review elsewhere. As a matter of policy, the journal will not accept multiple submissions from the same author to review at the same time.

NGC does not publish book reviews.
